Education & Training Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to any person registering for Speak Group training and certificates. All notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be sent via email to hello@speakgroup.com.au.

Cancellations

All cancellations and transfers must be advised in writing, no later than 10 days prior to the course start date.

Written notice provided 10 days prior to the course commencing entitles the participant to a 100% refund, minus any bank charges incurred for processing refunds.

Transfers

Written notice provided 5 business days or less prior to the course commencing will result in a credit note which can be applied to any course, at any time. No charges apply for a transfer. Only one transfer is allowed, and a refund option is not offered on an already transferred course.

Substitutions

A participant can authorise a substitute for their booking 48 hours prior to a course commencement. No charges apply for a substitute.

Please email hello@speakgroup.com.au with notice of the substitution and the substitutes relevant contact details (both email & phone preferred).

Non- Attendance

If you fail to attend a course, the course fee will not be refunded, transferred or substituted.

General

Speak Group reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a course cancellation, we will offer you the option to transfer to another date or to receive a full refund. We are unable to compensate for any other costs incurred, such as flights and accommodation.

The information provided by Speak Group is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. Speak Group reserves the right to change dates, venue location, content or facilitators at its discretion, and to refuse to accept a booking.
